- Extra kudos if you have a year or more in high-volume or guest-facing kitchens.
- For Sushi Chefs: 12 years of culinary experience or formal training preferred.
About the Role: Our Sushi Chefs collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to create fresh beautiful sushi that keeps guests returning. Develop skills and advance through three unique stations:
- Roll Station: Focus on fresh veggie prep rice perfection and rolling sushi.
- Front Station: Fish breakdown nigiri mastery and omakase creationsplus guest interaction at the sushi bar.
- Wheel Station: Coordinate orders and craft sushi rolls nigiri and sashimi to perfection.

- Fast-paced full-service restaurant energy with a buzz that keeps you on your toes.
- Physical tasks include moving around the kitchen using tools and savoring flavors to ensure top quality.
