Certified Pilates Instructor

JOB DESCRIPTION: Full time Pilates Instructor (12-30 hours per week) with multiple teaching blocks to choose from at a growing Club Pilates franchise.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Current Pilates certification (full apparatus Pilates Certification 450 hours)

• Energetic positive and motivational teaching style

• Capable of using a contemporary approach to classical exercises

• Punctual reliable and dedicated

• Focus on customer service including professional and effective communication skills

• Ability to work harmoniously as part of a team

• Ability to adapt and evolve in an ever-changing fast-paced diverse environment

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing Pilates group reformer classes pursuant to Club Pilates standards

• Instructing clients (up to 12 clients per class) using proper form and safe methods on a variety of equipment including but not limited to Reformer Springboard Exo-Chair hand weights etc. to ensure a safe yet creative experience

• Conducting private semi-private or other additional sessions as needed

• Support the studio in ensuring a fantastic membership experience

• Being a motivating and inspiring force to promote our motto: Do Pilates. Do Life.

Empowered Pilates is a Family-Owned Club Pilates Area Developer & Franchisee. Our instructors are able to teach at any of our studios in Arizona which include: Anthem Arcadia Chandler Desert Ridge East Mesa Fountain Hills Flagstaff Gainey Ranch Gilbert Moon Valley Morrison Ranch North Gilbert Old Town Scottsdale Paradise Valley Queen Creek Scottsdale Promenade Scottsdale Shea and Tempe.
