DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide first-line support to OFIs on operational and service-related matters.
- Assist with onboarding and integration of OFIs onto payment platforms.
- Monitor transactions and settlements escalating discrepancies for timely resolution.
- Liaise with Technology Operations Risk and Finance teams to resolve issues within SLAs.
- Maintain updated records of OFI activities complaints and resolutions.
- Support reconciliation reporting and periodic performance reviews.
- Document and track OFI feedback for process and service improvement.
- Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelors degree in finance Banking Economics Business Administration or any related field. Experience: Minimum of 4years post NYSC.
KEY COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge: Good knowledge of payment systems OFI operations and settlement processes.
Skill/Competencies:
- Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel Word PowerPoint).
