Were hiring an Engineer Preventative Maintenance to join our team. If youre hands-on reliable and looking to grow your maintenance skills in a supportive environment we want to meet you.
What Youll Do
As an Engineer Preventative Maintenance you will:
- Perform scheduled maintenance rounds across hotel property
- Inspect and service building systems including HVAC electrical plumbing and fire safety
- Document work completed log service records and report potential issues
- Ensure all equipment meets safety brand and compliance standards
- Support guest satisfaction by maintaining a safe and functional environment
- Collaborate with Engineering Lead or Supervisor and support overall department needs
What You Bring
- Basic background in general maintenance building operations or facilities
- Willingness to follow preventative maintenance checklists and procedures
- Attention to detail dependability and a commitment to safety
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Physical ability to lift 25 lbs walk the property and carry tools/equipment
- Hospitality or hotel experience is a plus but not required
