- Portfolio showcasing design principles animation art direction typography and visual communication
- Excellent written and spoken English skills for effective communication with international stakeholders
- Understanding of digital retail and channel communications in Japan
- Outstanding conceptual design with strong art direction sensibility and scalable design principles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly and effectively convey high-level concepts and business strategy to individuals and large groups
- Comfortable with ambiguous problems and proactively looks for ways to develop a clear direction
- In-depth knowledge of the creative process including staffing communication and feedback
