Lead Direct Support Professional (DSP) A career of caring

CTF Illinois is looking for caring dependable and motivated people to join our team. Together we can empower each person we support with developmental disabilities to live the life they want to live.

As a lead direct support professional you will provide support and guidance as an experienced DSP. You will ensure each persons Personal Plan is implemented and choices on their life are offered and respected. A DSPs responsibilities include:

Daily Living

As a Lead DSP you will assist people with developmental disabilities in their home with daily living skills such as medication administration meal prep cooking dressing hygiene and keeping their home clean.

Community

A Lead DSP encourages the people they support to be active in their community by assisting them in attending events clubs and shows and visiting local establishments like their favorite restaurants and shops.

Benefits and Pay Range:

Lead DSPs earn $22.00 per hour once training is complete.
Set Schedule! Monday-Friday 3:00 PM 11:00 PM. No Weekends!
Benefits for full time DSPs include: contributory medical dental vision supplemental life accident critical illness and hospital indemnity effective 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.

Qualifications

Requirements and Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED
Valid Drivers License w/good driving record
Certified DSP with at least one year of experience.
