What We Do
Keep Epics networks hardware and people safe from security risks. Install security measures and operate software to protect systems and information infrastructure including firewalls and encryption programs. Document issues as they arise and assess & report any impact caused.
What Youll Do
Epic Games is looking for a Director of Information Security Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) who will be responsible for building leading and mentoring a highly effective and accountable team. This role will ensure Epic Games remains at the forefront of the regulatory landscape by developing and implementing a robust Information Security GRC strategy. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader passionate about establishing scalable processes fostering a culture of security and compliance and driving continuous improvement across the enterprise.
In this role you will
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for all Information Security GRC initiatives
- Build and mentor a high-performing Information Security GRC team fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Information Security GRC roadmap aligned with business objectives and industry best practices
- Oversee the development implementation and maintenance of security policies standards and procedures
- Manage regulatory compliance efforts and audits (e.g. SOX GDPR etc) to ensure the company adheres to all legal and industry requirements
- Establish and maintain risk management frameworks to identify assess and mitigate security risks
- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g. Compliance Legal etc.) to integrate Information Security GRC best practices into all aspects of the business
What were looking for
- Proven leadership experience in building and managing Information Security GRC or Information Security teams
- Deep expertise in compliance frameworks and regulations (e.g. SOX GDPR SOC 2 etc.)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and business-oriented solutions
- Ability to translate complex technical and regulatory requirements into clear actionable business strategies
- Experience in a dynamic fast-paced technology or gaming environment
- Certifications such as CISA CISSP or CISM are highly desirable
- A bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field or equivalent practical experience
