Position Summary: As a UK Customer Service Representative you will play a pivotal role in managing Clinical and Industrial customer accounts throughout the whole of the United Kingdom. Ensuring seamless communication in the resolution of any delivery delays technical queries and/or finance issues.
With flexibility to work from home as needed.
Responsibilities:
We are looking for a candidate who has experience of working within a customer facing environment as part of a team. A flexible working demeanor someone who is highly organized and demonstrates excellent communication and problem-solving skills! Experience of using SAP would be an advantage with an intermediate to advanced skill level in Microsoft Word and Excel.
