Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer - Quality Consultant Trust & Safety
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control this role you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and accuracy in our service delivery and operational processes. You will play a critical role in identifying areas for improvement implementing quality control measures and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
Quality Monitoring and Evaluation:
oConduct regular quality audits and assessments of various operational processes outputs and deliverables based on defined guidelines and standards.
oEvaluate the accuracy completeness consistency and compliance of work performed by teams.
oUtilize various quality control tools and methodologies (e.g. checklists scorecards statistical analysis) to assess performance.
oMonitor key quality metrics and identify trends and potential risks.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
oCollect analyse and interpret quality data to identify root causes of errors and deviations.
oPrepare comprehensive quality reports highlighting findings trends and recommendations for improvement.
oPresent quality data and insights to relevant stakeholders including team leaders and management.
Process Improvement and Standardization:
oParticipate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency accuracy and overall quality.
oContribute to the development and maintenance of quality control guidelines procedures and documentation.
oIdentify opportunities for standardization and best practice implementation across teams.
Feedback and Coaching:
oProvide constructive feedback to team members and supervisors based on quality audit findings.
oParticipate in coaching and training sessions to improve individual and team performance related to quality.
oCollaborate with training teams to develop and refine training materials based on quality insights.
Compliance and Governance:
oEnsure adherence to internal quality standards client-specific requirements and relevant regulatory guidelines.
oParticipate in internal and external quality audits as required.
oSupport the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems (e.g. ISO certifications).
Collaboration and Communication:
oWork closely with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement solutions.
oCommunicate effectively with stakeholders regarding quality performance challenges and improvement initiatives.
oParticipate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative and quality-focused environment.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications:
Any graduate
Experience in a quality control or quality assurance role
Strong understanding of quality control principles methodologies and tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to prepare clear and concise reports and present findings effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with specific quality management systems (e.g. Six Sigma Lean).
Familiarity with data visualization tools.
Experience in conducting training or providing coaching on quality standards.
