At our dual-brand hotel Sheraton & Marriott Frankfurt Airport Hotel two premium brands come together to form one employer!You already have experience in event operations and want to combine your passion for hospitality with leadership responsibility Then join us as Supervisor Banquet Reception (m/f/d) and take on a key role in our Events & Banqueting brands endless possibilities!

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and coordinate daily operations at the Banquet Reception
  • Welcome and host event guests; act as contact person for organizers
  • Manage guest packages daily reports and phone/fax billing
  • Handle short-term event bookings and contracts in Opera
  • Support operational service and collaborate with Banquet and Convention Sales teams
  • Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the event area
  • Fulfill individual guest requests during events
  • Communicate last-minute changes to the banquet team
  • Create menu cards and signage for events
  • Deliver exceptional service experiences together with your team

Be able.

  • Experience in event operations and initial leadership experience
  • Solution-oriented mindset even under pressure
  • Strong hospitality skills and organizational talent
  • Confident communication in German and English; additional languages are a plus
  • Motivation to grow and lead by example
