We are currently seeking a full-timePhlebotomist (Lab Tech)to join our team atGeorgia Diagnostics and Classification Prison located inJackson GA.
Shift:
- Full-time Day shift Mon-Fri 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Qualifications
The Phlebotomist is responsible for drawing blood checking vital signs finger sticking for blood sugars and assisting with activities of daily living for patients in a correctional healthcare environment.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Current Phlebotomist certification with verifiable formal training and on-the-job experience as a Phlebotomist required
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification/license preferred
- Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
- Corrections experience preferred
- Ability to obtain a security clearance to include drug screen and criminal background check
