LOCATION: TASTEFUL
SHIFT: NIGHT
REPORTS TO: PRODUCTION MANAGER
About the Role:
Are you looking to grow your career at Grimmway Produce Group and make a meaningful impact in our Production Department at our Tasteful facility Were offering an opportunity for a current team member to step into a key role by working as a Production Supervisor where you will be supervising theProduction team members ensuring that all HR safety food safety quality and sanitation policies are enforced. Will work closely with management team in achieving objectives and working towards continuous improvement.

What You Will Need:
- 2 years of Supervisory/Management responsibilities
- General knowledge of production operations and techniques
- Self-motivated team player who is able and willing to coach/train others
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word Outlook Excel etc.)
- Ability to comprehend read write and communicate proficiently in English and interact with all levels of the organization.
- Candidates must be eligible to work unrestricted in the U.S. without company sponsorship
- Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Must pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen.
What Will Set You Apart:
- Lean Six Sigma Certification.
- Experience in Food/Beverage production.
- Experience in Lean environment.
- Experience in manufacturing facility.
- Inventory management experience.
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish.
Benefits
Starting Wage: $68640 - $75000 / YEAR
- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education experience knowledge skills and abilities of the applicant internal equity and alignment with market data.
