As the Americas PMO & Portfolio Leader Real Estate Capital Projects (PMP) youll be at the helm of transformative construction initiatives across North and South America overseeing factory builds and capital investments that power the energy transition.

Youll lead a high-impact PMO ensuring governance performance and risk management are seamlessly executed across diverse geographies. How Youll Make an Impact

  • Lead PMO frameworks and governance for capital construction projects.
  • Oversee strategic prioritization and resource allocation across regional portfolios.
  • Monitor project interdependencies risks and performance metrics.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards for KPIs schedules budgets and risks.
  • Provide strategic oversight to project managers and construction teams.
  • Escalate critical risks and facilitate cross-project issue resolution.
  • Ensure consistent use of project controls and digital tools.
  • Drive continuous improvement and best practices in project delivery.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your Background

  • Masters degree in Construction Management Engineering Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Advanced certifications in project/portfolio management (e.g. PMP PgMP Prince2). PMP is required.
  • 10 years of leadership experience in construction and capital investment projects.
  • Proven success managing portfolios of factory industrial and office facilities.
  • Experience in EPC construction or real estate development environments.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (building codes environmental safety).
  • Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
