American Workforce Group has partnered with a locally owned growing patio paver company to hire an Inside Sales Coordinator. This role is a strong fit for someone with a people-first personality strong customer service skills and the drive to learn.


You do not need years of office experience to be considered. If you have experience in retail customer service hospitality front desk work food service or sales your people skills could transfer well into this role.


You will help staff a showroom talk with potential customers support scheduling track leads and help keep the office moving. If you are confident organized and ready to grow into a professional office environment we want to hear from you.


Description for Inside Sales Coordinator:

  • Staff a showroom to actively engage visitors promote company services and generate high-quality leads

  • Confidently start conversations and educate potential customers on projects and service options

  • Manage daily scheduling for site crews leads and internal staff

  • Support office operations including filing data entry inventory tracking and team communication

  • Attend community events networking opportunities and pop-up promotions

  • Consistently generate and track new leads with potential customers

  • Travel required: must be willing to drive to Olympia approximately 20% of the time

Details for Inside Sales Coordinator:

  • Pay: $22 per hour plus $100 bonus for each lead that turns into a job
  • Schedule: Dynamic Showroom & Events Schedule(Monday Sunday availability).
  • Weekend Requirement:Weekends are requireddue to peak showroom and customer traffic (this is where the biggest earning potential happens).
  • Shift Hours: 10AM 8PM availability 3040 hours per week

Requirements for Inside Sales Coordinator:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Confident outgoing personality

  • Comfortable approaching strangers and starting conversations

  • Experience with Microsoft Suite including Excel Word and Outlook

  • Sales outreach customer service or lead-generation experience preferred

  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed

  • Strong work ethic growth mindset and desire to advance within a company
