JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Principal Product Manager leader with proven ownership and leadership skills with a proven track record of building 0-1 AdTech solutions using modern AI/ML applications to join our team. This is an opportunity to define the future of Marketing and Advertising Technology as you build innovative customer experiences across the entire ecosystem of MarTech and AdTech. As a Principal Product Manager leader you will focus applying and delivering AI/ML solutions that will help customers discover and engage with complex data models in new and innovative ways. You will harness the power of large language modeling (LLMs) artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to help define and build new experiences that make it easier and convenient for customers to innovate and grow their business.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Experience with generative AI large language models and their applications in customer-facing experiences.
- Experience implementing AI/ML solutions for AdTech and MarTech.
- Ability to evaluate and recognize the benefits and limitations of various AI/ML models and architectures.
- Experience in data analytics and interpretation skills.
- Technical understanding of AI-powered systems at scale.
- Experience with rapid prototyping and deployment of AI-driven features and conducting A/B tests.
- Team player: Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate to bring functional teams together.
- Innovative thinking and problem solving with the ability to translate business objectives into highly successful creative customer products.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS ABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in a technical analytical or related field.
- 5 years of experience in product management (AdTech) with demonstrated 0-1 experience.
- 3 years of relevant professional experience in a AdTech-facing machine learning oriented product management role.
- Experience in data driven hypothesis testing and experimentation.
- Experience working with design teams to improve the user experience for customer-facing products/features.
- Exemplary communication presentation and organizational skills.
- Ability to work at the pace of a start-up.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS:
Standing/Walking/Mobility: Must have mobility to attend meetings remotely and in person.
Climbing/Stooping/Kneeling: 0% - 10% of the time.
Lifting/Pulling/Pushing: 0% - 10% of the time.
Fingering/Grasping/Feeling: Must be able to write type and use a telephone system 100% of the time.
Sitting: Sitting for prolonged and extended periods of time.
