Job Summary
- You will be accountable for growing the research business and meeting sales budgets covering the Oxford region.
- You will be selling research consumables and reagents and the full workflow to new and existing customers covering cellular research immunology cancer research neuroscience stem cell research and others.
- You are responsible for developing and implementing an effective territory business plan in line with the companys strategic goals.
- You will develop our relationships with customers and key opinion leaders in academia biotech CROs/CMOs and pharmaceutical companies.
- Youll also be an effective communicator presenting seminars performing instrument demonstrations and supporting Miltenyi Biotec at trade fairs congresses and symposia.
Qualifications :
- You have a BSc in a biological discipline or an MSc/PhD in Immunology Cell analysis or Cancer Biology and several years of sales experience.
- You have strong commercial experiences as youll be able to demonstrate your ability to strategically plan account activities and accurately forecast sales.
- The position requires you to be a well-organized individual with good interpersonal skills and commercial flair.
- Youre an excellent presenter one-on-one and in front of larger audiences (from research students to senior scientists).
- Youll travel regularly with some overnight stays and youll ideally based in or around Oxford.
