Job Description

Xplor Mariana Tek is a vertical SaaS platform that empowers boutique class-based fitness studios to streamline daily operations boost productivity and drive revenue growth. As part of Xplor Technologies we deliver intuitive cloud-based tech solutions integrated with seamless payments. Mariana Tek powers many of the worlds most recognizable boutique fitness brands from cycling and HIIT to Pilates yoga and wellness concepts. Join our Mariana Tek team as a Sales Development Manager to make a real impact every day. We say that because we know that every conversation we have every code line we write and every interface we design is another opportunity for us to enrich our customers experiences. 

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Development Manager to be responsible for building and coaching a high-performing team to generate qualified pipelines drive outbound outreach initiatives and scale go-to-market success within targeted territories. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead mentor and coach a team of SDRs to consistently meet performance goals.  
  • Oversee pipeline generationensuring robust outbound and inbound lead flow for Sales Development Representative. 
  • Provide hands-on training to the Sales team (live training role playing call monitoring and joint selling)   
  • Implement data-driven performance metrics (calls booked demos conversion rates) and monitor pipeline health. 
  • Partner with Sales Marketing and Sales Ops to align on messaging target account strategy and lead handoff processes. 
  • Drive hiring efforts across SDR rolesparticipate in recruiting interviews and performance onboarding. 
  • Foster career development and growth pathways toward Account Executive roles. 
  • Leverage consistent training methodologies including call coaching and role-plays. 
  • Maintain and enforce CRM best practices ensuring data integrity in Salesforce (or equivalent platform). 
  • Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of Process Efficiency and Productivity

This role has a base salary pay range of $90000 - $110000 USD. 

This position is eligible for a commission plan.

This is a 100% remote position available to candidates located in the U.S. excluding Hawaii and Alaska.

Qualifications :

Experience: 

  • 3 years in SaaS sales leadership or SDR management. 
  • Proven track record in coaching SDRs to improve performance. 
  • Prior experience as an SDR or Account Executive is a plus. 

Skills: 

  • Strong ability to motivate develop and hold teams accountable. 
  • Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce Salesloft) and sales engagement platforms. 
  • Excellent analytical communication and organizational skills. 
  • Deep familiarity with outbound prospecting tactics and pipeline generation.
