Job responsibilities would include but not limited to:

Submitting Warranty claims
Reviewing Extended Warranty claims
Some Scanning and filing
Reviewing Repair orders and making corrections before submission
Meets with Service Director for updates

Dress attire is business wear or a provided polo with dress pants or dress skirts.

We want to provide to our clients the same level of service they would receive at a resort hotel fine restaurant or the Country Club.

Requirements:

Automotive warranty claims processing experience required
Luxury brand experience is a plus
Reynolds system experience is a plus
