Were currently seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Service Advisor to join our busy service department.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner
Clearly communicate vehicle service needs recommendations and estimates
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service
Maintain regular customer contact throughout the repair process
Upsell services and preventative maintenance when appropriate
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any concerns with professionalism
Requirements:
Prior experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership setting (Buick/GMC or other GM brands preferred)
Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with dealership DMS systems (Reynolds & Reynolds etc.)
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Team-oriented customer-focused mindset
