Job Description
Description of the role: The Beach Steward at The Resort at Longboat Key Club is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the beach area ensuring a pleasant experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Regularly clean and rake the beach area
- Empty trash receptacles and keep the area free of debris
- Assist guests with beach equipment and lounging needs
Requirements:
- Prior experience in janitorial or cleaning roles preferred
- Ability to work independently and follow cleaning guidelines
- Excellent customer service skills
