Your Role:
Ensure the planning assignment and real-time tracking of rides to guarantee a smooth fast and high-quality service between clients and drivers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process ride requests (via system app or phone).
- Plan and assign rides to available drivers based on their location availability and operational priorities.
- Optimize routes to reduce wait times and lower operational costs.
- Monitor rides in real time and respond to unforeseen events (delays cancellations incidents).
- Maintain continuous communication with drivers to provide support and instructions.
- Handle urgent situations and find quick solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Update system data accurately (ride status vehicle availability incidents).
- Report operational issues to management (vehicle breakdowns driver absences workload surges).
- Contribute to the improvement of dispatching procedures and fleet optimization.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in computer tools and/or dispatching software.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle unexpected situations effectively.
- Strong communication skills (with drivers clients and team members).
- Analytical thinking and quick decision-making abilities.
- Good geographical knowledge of the service area (a strong asset).
- Strong customer service orientation.
Profile:
- Minimum High School Diploma (Baccalaureate).
- Experience in a similar role (dispatching call center transport or logistics) is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays if needed.
- Dynamic rigorous responsive and results-oriented personality.
