About the day to day

• Be the first point of contact for all IT support queriesdelivering 1st & 2nd line support across Microsoft 365 Office apps and internal systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software mobile and audio & visual issues with confidence and clarity.
• Build and configure devices for new joiners ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Maintain and support end-user techfrom laptops to printers to meeting room setups.
• Log track and resolve incidents and service requests with precision and care.
• Spot patterns dig deep into recurring issues and implement long-term fixes.
• Create and maintain clear user-friendly documentation to support the wider team.
• Own your work. Drive continuous improvement. Keep the business moving.

What You Bring to the Table

• Proven experience in a fast-paced IT Service Desk environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Intune Azure and Windows 10/11.
• A natural communicatorclear confident and calm under pressure.
• A problem-solver who thrives on challenges and takes pride in delivering results.
• Experience with IT infrastructure services and user lifecycle management.
• Microsoft certifications or equivalent qualifications required.
