Experienced leader and strategic thinker needed
As Director Loan Fulfilment youll be responsible for overseeing loan fulfilment teams in multiple locations across Canada. Recommend and oversee loan fulfilment activities such as loan documentation disbursements amendments and more. Plus with your analytical mindset and passion for improvement youll evaluate strategies systems and risk mitigation controls and approve new processes and initiatives.

This position is designated bilingual (English and French) and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canadas official languages.

What youll do:

Optimize processes and decision-making related to strategic initiatives
Implement strategies that support the efficient processing of administrative loan transactions and loan fulfilment tasks
Evolve systems and processes for continuous improvements
Develop and maintain relationships with internal partners
Mentor the team in development planning workload management and setting and achieving performance objectives

What youll need:

A bachelors degree in finance business or commerce and at least 10 years of leadership experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
Solid understanding of lending and loan administration processes systems and products
