Position Summary:
We are seeking an Associate Manager Finance to join our Global Central Labs (GCL) Finance team. This role will be instrumental in scaling our analytics reporting and financial planning processes in response to significant business growth.
The Associate Manager will lead key initiatives across financial planning performance tracking and process automation. This is a highly visible role with cross-functional teamwork and an opportunity to drive meaningful impact on operational performance and strategic decisions.
This is an onsite opportunity for candidates located in the United States. Candidates located in Wilmington (NC) will be considered.

Salary Transparency
The salary range estimated for this position is $80000 - $100000. This position will also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company team and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. Actual compensation will be confirmed in writing at the time of offer.
