Bucharest Romania On-site Full-time

What Youll Do:

Provide 1st & 2nd line support for hardware software and networks
Monitor troubleshoot and maintain network infrastructure (routers switches firewalls Wi-Fi)
Install configure and maintain IT equipment (computers servers storage printers)
Manage Windows & Linux systems Active Directory and user accounts
Support virtualization platforms (VMware Hyper-V)
Work with ISPs and vendors to resolve connectivity issues
Document solutions and share best practices across the IT team

What Were Looking For:

Fluent English (C1)
3 years IT support experience (Windows Linux networking)
Knowledge of TCP/IP DNS DHCP VPNs firewalls etc.
Strong Windows Server & Active Directory skills (incl. PowerShell)
Linux admin experience (Ubuntu CentOS Red Hat)
Familiar with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
Flexible with shifts (nights weekends holidays when required)
