Job Summary

Work Schedule: Morning Shift

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) Makati

Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines

Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end implementation and support of SAP RAR solutions in compliance with IFRS 15 / ASC 606.
Collaborate with finance sales and IT teams to gather requirements and design revenue recognition processes.
Configure and manage contract management performance obligations event-based revenue recognition and integration with SD FI and CRM.
Oversee data migration testing cutover and go-live support for revenue recognition projects.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards audit requirements and internal controls.

Required Skills:

10 to 12 years of experience in SAP Finance with at least 3 to 5 years in SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR).
Strong understanding of IFRS 15 / ASC 606 and revenue recognition principles.
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance SD-FI integration and event-based revenue recognition.
Experience in at least 2 full-cycle SAP RAR implementations.
Familiarity with SAP BRF Fiori apps and revenue contract management.

Preferred Skills:

SAP certification in RAR or S/4HANA Finance.
Experience with SAP Central Finance SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) or SAP Contract Accounting (FI-CA).
Exposure to multi-entity multi-currency environments and global rollouts.
Knowledge of automation tools reporting and analytics for revenue insights.
