Job Summary

Work Schedule: Morning Shift

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) Makati

Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines

Responsibilities

Support the implementation of SAP Digital SCM solutions including SAP IBP SAP TM SAP EWM and S/4HANA Supply Chain.
Configure supply chain processes such as demand planning supply planning transportation and warehouse operations.
Participate in client workshops requirement gathering and FIT-GAP analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with MM SD PP and Finance modules.
Assist in testing cycles (SIT UAT) data migration and cutover planning.
Work with technical teams to support WRICEF developments and ensure solution quality.

Required Skills & Experience

4 to 7 years of SAP experience with at least 1 full-cycle implementation in Digital SCM modules (IBP TM EWM or S/4HANA Supply Chain).
Hands-on experience in configuration and business process design for supply chain planning and execution.
Good understanding of integration between SAP SCM modules and core ERP processes.
Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery models.
Exposure to SAP BTP Fiori apps and RISE with SAP is a plus.

Certifications

Required: SAP Certification in at least one Digital SCM module (e.g. IBP TM EWM)
Preferred: SAP Activate Project Manager (Associate Level)

Educational Background

Bachelors or Masters degree in Supply Chain Engineering Operations or related field ( MBA etc.)
