Job Summary
About the Role
Our client a contemporary boutique hotel in the heart of Maltas capital is looking for a Night Auditor to ensure smooth overnight operations. This role combines front desk duties guest services and financial reconciliation while maintaining high standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities

Perform front desk duties including check-ins and check-outs.

Manage reservations and respond to guest inquiries promptly.

Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts and hotel financial records.

Process guest payments and handle cash transactions accurately.

Ensure the security and safety of the hotel premises during the night shift.

Provide exceptional customer service addressing guest needs and concerns.

Prepare and distribute daily reports for management review.

Assist with administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
-
Previous experience in a hotel front desk or night audit role is preferred.

Strong knowledge of hotel management software and basic accounting principles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
-
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Must be available to work overnight shifts including weekends and holidays.
