We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experiencedArchitect/Interior Designerto join our team. a proven track record in successfully managing projects from conception to completion. The Interior Designer will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the design process from initial planning to final execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and develop innovative interior design concepts that align with client requirements and project objectives.
- Lead and manage all phases of the design process including space planning material selection and furniture specification.
- Collaborate with clients architects and contractors to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.
- Prepare accurate estimates and quotations for projects ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints and client expectations.
- Oversee project budgets and expenses ensuring profitability and adherence to financial targets.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables proactively identifying and addressing any issues or delays.
- Stay updated on industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in interior design.
- Bachelors degree in Interior Design or related field.
- 1 to 6 years of experience in interior design with a focus on residential projects
- Proven expertise in all aspects of the design process from conceptualization to execution.
- Strong proficiency inAutoCAD SketchUp Enscape V-Ray software and other design software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare accurate estimates quotations and project budgets.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
