Persona:Agile Worker 20% - 40% of contractual hours to be worked from reporting office/working location (hybrid working)

Join our Fire Safety Team at L&Q:
L&Q is seeking an experienced Technical Coordinator to join the Trusts Fire Safety to the Technical Manager and working closely with the Building Safety Team you will assist inthe administrative support of the technical review programme of our entire property portfolio as defined by the L&Q Fire Strategy for Cladding Inspections / External Wall Systems (EWS).
You mustpossess excellent administration skills and the ability to organise plan and prioritise effectively. You will be able to effectively communicate with a range of internal and external stakeholders. Your understanding of databases and systems will be coupled with the ability to analyse interpret and deliver detailed information with clarity.
Ideally you will have experience of systems such as Arena and you willneed to be able to confidently use the full range of Microsoft Office software packages including Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook.
