What you can expect

What wed love to see
- Design roots a degree in Graphics/Design or a comparable creative background.
- Agency vibes ideally 3 years of experience in a social media agency or a similar creative playground.
- Creative sense a strong feel for audience-oriented design social-first campaigns scroll-stopping content and bold advertising ideas.
- Tool mastery excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop & After Effects). Bonus if you bring Generative AI tools or Figma skills along.
- Passion & craft you bring high creative standards conceptual thinking and genuine love for design.
- Social native TikTok is your second home youre fluent in digital culture and always spotting the next trend.
- Future-focused innovative mindset full of ideas proactive and solution-oriented with a strong pulse on social trends & new tech.
- Collab spirit a real team player with strong communication skills.
- Language skills fluent in German; very good English is a plus.
