Finance Manager – Cash Management (mfd)

• Monitor daily cash positions to ensure optimal liquidity across the group
• Prepare accurate and insightful cash flow forecasts and financial reports
• Perform bank account reconciliations to maintain accurate records
• Manage and process wire transfers ACH transactions and other financial activities
• Develop strategies to optimize cash utilization and support investment decisions
• Maintain financial documentation and ensure up-to-date reporting
• Collaborate with internal teams and external banking partners to streamline processes
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in cash management operations
• Ensure compliance with internal controls financial regulations and company policies

• Hold a Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field
• Bring 24 years of experience in cash management treasury or a related area
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrate high attention to detail and a hands-on working style
• Have advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial systems
• Communicate effectively in both written and spoken English and German
• Thrive in a fast-paced high-growth environment with a proactive mindset

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP S/4HANA)
• Knowledge of international cash management practices
