What you will do:

• Support global procurement tools: Assist with the management and optimization of platforms like Ariba and other e-tools used across our organization.
• Contribute to special projects: Help with AI-related initiatives and digital transformation efforts that improve how we manage suppliers and spend.
• Assist with task automation: Support light automation and documentation tasks to streamline procurement operations.
• Collaborate across teams: Work with Global Procurement IT and Analytics teams to ensure tools and processes are aligned and effective.
• Learn and grow: Gain exposure to managerial leaders procurement systems and global business practices.

What you will bring:

• Progress toward a Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Supply Chain Systems IT or a related field.
• Interest in procurement digital tools or business operations.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail is recommended.
• Comfortable working in English & Spanish is a Plus.
• Experience with SAP Ariba or other procurement platforms is a plus.
• Experience with Excel Power Bi Power Automate or other e-tools.
• Interest in AI digital transformation or process improvement.

Pay Range: $20-25/hour

Relocation Available:

This pay rate is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job education experience knowledge skills and abilities as well as internal equity alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).
