Job Description
Are you an experienced CT Technologist ready to step into a leadership role We are seeking a CT Supervisor to join our dynamic healthcare team in Burlington VT. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and motivated professional to lead a dedicated group of imaging specialists while ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient departmental operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the CT department ensuring compliance with safety quality and regulatory standards.
- Provide leadership mentorship and support to CT technologists and staff.
- Collaborate with physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely imaging services.
- Manage schedules workflow and equipment utilization to optimize patient care.
- Assist with training performance evaluations and professional development of team members.
- Maintain knowledge of the latest CT imaging technology and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a CAHEA/JRCT-approved School of Radiologic Technology.
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) or NMTCB (Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board) certification with advanced certification in CT.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in CT imaging.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience required.
- Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
