Job Summary

Are you an experienced CT Technologist ready to step into a leadership role We are seeking a CT Supervisor to join our dynamic healthcare team in Burlington VT. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and motivated professional to lead a dedicated group of imaging specialists while ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient departmental operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations of the CT department ensuring compliance with safety quality and regulatory standards.
Provide leadership mentorship and support to CT technologists and staff.
Collaborate with physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely imaging services.
Manage schedules workflow and equipment utilization to optimize patient care.
Assist with training performance evaluations and professional development of team members.
Maintain knowledge of the latest CT imaging technology and best practices.

Qualifications:

Graduate of a CAHEA/JRCT-approved School of Radiologic Technology.
ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) or NMTCB (Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board) certification with advanced certification in CT.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in CT imaging.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience required.
Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
