Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our team in Chandler AZ. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical architecture and hands-on development experience with ServiceNow along with proven expertise in implementing and optimizing ServiceNow modules. Key Responsibilities:

Design architect and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements
Lead technical design sessions and provide architectural guidance for ServiceNow development teams
Ensure best practices are followed in ServiceNow configurations integrations and customizations
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
Provide leadership in implementing and optimizing ServiceNow modules including ITSM CSM and SPM

Qualifications:

Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (no exceptions)
Must reside in Arizona or California
ServiceNow CAD or CTA certification required (minimum)
Strong experience in ServiceNow development and technical architecture
Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM CSM and SPM modules highly preferred
Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills
