Job Description
Job Summary:
Drive sales and expand market presence of advanced laboratory pipetting solutions in Eastern Japan through direct customer engagement and distributor management. Provide product demonstrations technical training and customized solutions to pharmaceutical clients while aligning with corporate values and achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell pipetting instruments and related consumables to pharmaceutical customers
Manage relationships with distributors to boost sales performance
Identify and acquire new pharmaceutical clients
Conduct product demos and organize educational seminars onsite
Required Qualifications:
Preferred Skills:
Strong drive to meet targets
Excellent communication abilities
Proficiency with CRM systems
Sales strategy understanding
Ability to clearly explain technical products and sales techniques
Quick problem identification and solution negotiation using product expertise
Relationship-building skills with end users and distributors
Teamwork and collaboration mindset
Competent in preparing professional reports using Word Excel and PowerPoint
Adaptability to change
Additional Desired Experience:
Sales background in chemical distribution
Experience with physico-chemical equipment and consumables
English reading and writing skills (advantageous)
