Job Summary

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Transfers Operations Associate to join a growing Settlements and Transfers team. This role offers the chance to develop your career in securities operations working across both UK and international markets.

The Role

Ensure the accurate and timely delivery/receipt of stock to and from counterparties.
Register physical shares in and out of client and nominee names.
Monitor trade settlement activity liaising with Client Services and counterparties.
Review daily stock reconciliations across multiple custodians.
Chase outstanding transfers and complete fund/stock transfer documentation.
Liaise with Compliance CDD and other internal departments as required.
Support testing for system fixes and upgrades.
Adhere to departmental procedures and regulatory requirements.

About You

Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build effective internal and external relationships.
Understanding of securities settlements and/or custodian processes is advantageous.
Ability to follow procedures while suggesting improvements.
Proactive and eager to develop technical knowledge through CPD.
