The USC Annenberg School Directors Office is seeking an experienced part-time Administrative Budget Assistant to join its high-performing team.
The Administrative Budget Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative and financial support to the School Directors Office. General responsibilities include administrative and academic support financial processing academic scheduling preparing reports and assistance with data reconciliation. This position will also assist faculty and staff with travel reimbursements requisitions and purchasing supplies/equipment.
The position will report to Debra Lawler Senior Associate Dean for Administration.

This is a Part-time (28 hour per week) hybrid hourly staff position.
The hourly range for this position is $23.85 - 25.00.
