Position Summary
The Shipping Specialist V Lead will report to the EGM Shipping Supervisor and maintain the EGM Shipping area in accordance with departmental policies procedures and standards. The Shipping Specialist V Lead ensures coordination of materials and information between Warehouse Purchasing Manufacturing Accounting and other departments to support successful and expedient product shipments and deliveries. Shipping Specialist V Lead will ensure all associated EGM Parts and Accessories for a given order are successfully loaded and secured for shipment. The positions responsibilities include but are not limited to maintaining shipment documentation such as Bills of Lading Packing list Jurisdictional Notification and/or material placards.
Qualifications
Essential Job Functions
Retrieve EGMs Parts and Accessory items for shipment.
Verify each order to complete accurate and secure prior to shipment
Update inventory Warehouse Management system
Quality minded ensuring all requirements of the shipment are complete every time.
Verifies the availability of required components to complete orders
Interacts across business units including warehouse production control facilities manufacturing engineering and quality assurance
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Education
High School diploma or equivalent
Years of Related Experience
3 years of experience
