The Position
Are you passionate about making a tangible difference in the lives of patients with well-defined journeys We are looking for an Established Brands Lead to join our team acting as a key partner who champions a patient-centric approach and navigates the evolving healthcare landscape to maintain and enhance value.
The Opportunity
As an Established Brands Lead you will be a strategic leader and trusted partner responsible for improving patient outcomes within established therapeutic areas. You will have the authority to propose and drive work packages that create meaningful value for patients stakeholders and Roche.
Define and execute local strategies to improve the patient journey by working closely with stakeholders and acting as a system thinker.
Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and Roche uncovering opportunities and co-creating solutions to deliver value faster.
Lead cross-functional teams and orchestrate resources both locally and from the wider network to deliver on strategic initiatives.
Steward Roches products ensuring their appropriate use and act as a mentor to help build our capabilities as a learning organization.
Ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders when engaging with Roche employees products and services.
Who you are
You are a creative strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the healthcare sector and patient journeys. You are a natural leader who can inspire and influence teams and stakeholders to achieve exceptional results.
You possess a university degree (scientific economic or business degree is preferred) with an advanced degree in Life Science or an MBA being a plus.
You have a deep understanding of patient journeys and a broad knowledge of Roches portfolio.
You are a system thinker and deep listener with excellent stakeholder engagement skills including partnering with Thought Leaders and organizations.
Experience in formulating strategies leading cross-functional teams and working in agile ways is highly desired.
You are fluent in English and possess strong business acumen.
You consistently maintain high ethical standards and operate in full compliance with local and global Roche policies.
