TMD Staffing is looking to hire inbound BilingualCall Center Agents (Spanish and English-speaking) in the Austin area!

WORK ENVIRONMENT
In-Person (with potential to work from home as space allows)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle incomingbilling/payment calls(ACI) in a professional and efficient manner
Assist customers with account inquiries and payment processing
Provide bilingual support (Spanish/English) as needed
Maintain a high level of customer service and accuracy
Follow all company procedures and training guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS

Fluent in English and Spanish
Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to complete training and adhere to set schedules
Reliable attendance and commitment to performance standards

PAY RATE
$17 per hour

SCHEDULE

Full-Time Bilingual: MondayFriday 10:00AM7:00PM
Part-Time Bilingual: MondayFriday 2:00PM7:00PM (2025 hours/week)
Part-Time English: MondayFriday 2:00PM7:00PM (2025 hours/week)
Training Schedule (all candidates): MondayFriday 8:30AM5:00PM
Schedules may change based on call volume
