Job Overview

Were seeking an experienced and charismatic FOH Manager to join our upscale restaurant team in Allentown PA. As a FOH Manager in Allentown PA youll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences leading a team of servers bartenders and hosts and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily front-of-house operations including service staff management guest satisfaction and revenue growth
Lead by example coaching and developing staff to provide exceptional service and exceed guest expectations
Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless execution of menu items and special requests
Manage front-of-house logistics including reservations seating and table management

Requirements

2 years of experience in fine dining front-of-house management
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
