We are looking for a CRM Development Lead to join our Commercial and Marketing Technology team in Everett WA.

You will join a collaborative team responsible for leading our global CRM cloud platform and providing technological expertise over a broad spectrum of Sales and Marketing cloud business applications. You will lead the development team to analyze craft and deliver solutions across all stages of the systems lifecycle to drive continued growth adoption and support of our CRM applications. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who puts the customer first leads courageously thinks strategically develops continuously and achieves results.

• Own the technical delivery of CRM ensuring solutions meet architecture and business requirements that fully exploit the ecosystem and the capabilities of Dynamics 365.
• Lead the offshore development team providing technical leadership through all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Work with business product owners and analysts to elicit requirements & assist in developing design specifications.
• Communicate business expectations with team members and end users regarding the status of projects and changes
• Advise on new techniques and estimated costs associated with new or revised programs and utilities
• Develop general and detailed documentation describing system specifications and operating instructions.

• Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
• 8 years software development experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics CRM technology solutions with Dynamics 365 Online
• CRM solutions architecture and design with the ability to make choices among available technologies based on requirements
• Dynamics Portals design and development
• Professional software engineering standard methodologies such as Agile project management coding standards code reviews source control management build processes testing and operations.
• Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills with a shown ability to communicate sophisticated technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment both independently and in a team.
• Demonstrated focus on continuous improvement of systems software and processes through data analysis and KPIs/metrics.
• Knowledge of the wider Microsoft cloud technology stack integration capabilities with Dynamics and the value proposition it brings to our customers
• *Bonus* proficient in Eloqua Marketing Automation Suite
• *Bonus* Microsoft Dynamics Certifications
