Job Summary

The Mundy Companies a leader in the engineering maintenance services and industrial fields is currently hiring for the following long term positionin the Beaumont TX areas:

DISPATCH CLERK

DISPATCH CLERKRESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate truck movements from East Gate Parking Lot to loading docks with East Gate Dispatcher using phone and computer.
Perform SAP and Abaco procedures required to pick / unpick product to deliveries create bill of ladings and post deliveries when billing clerk is not available.
Coordinate with warehouse loaders to get product brought up from the warehouse and unloaded in a timely manner.
Collect and file all paperwork on shipments and receipts.
Create bills for rail shipments.
Print customer labels for orders requiring special labels on the boxes.
Sign drivers out and give them proper paperwork and instructions.
Coordinate with Dispatch Clerks to send trucks to the proper dock
Perform the following inspections on trucks and notify Plant Protection if anything suspicious is noted.
Give each driver a copy of the CustomerDriver Guidelines and ensure they are aware of basics.
Basic requirements basic computer skills to log on open a database program and enter several pieces of data on each truck

Successful applicants will be attentive to detail and possess the ability to work as a team.

Applicants must also possess the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen criminal background check pre-employment physical and other requirements for site entry.
