Job Requirements
REQUIRED: High school diploma or equivalent; a minimum of three years of experience; great communication skills patience and leadership skills to resolve complicated member issues; and be fully versed in all products and services and able to effectively cross-sell. PREFERRED: A minimum of one year experience with financial services cash handling credit card transactions and balancing.
