Job Summary
Help Wanted: Automotive Service Adviser New Car Dealership
Due to retirement and relocation of 2 of our service advisers we are in need of experienced and knowledgeable service advisers.
Are you passionate about cars and customer service Do you thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment Join our growing dealership as a Service Adviser and become the trusted link between our customers and our expert technicians!
Location: 2050 E Rodeo Drive Cottonwood AZ
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday
Compensation: Competitive salary Commission
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assess their service needs in a friendly professional manner
- Write accurate repair orders and communicate clearly with technicians
- Provide updates and recommendations to customers throughout the service process
- Ensure timely completion of services and customer satisfaction
- Maintain service records and follow dealership procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive service or customer service REQUIRED
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Knowledge of vehicle systems and dealership software a plus
- Experience with DEALERTRACK XTIME
- Knowledge of getting approvals with service contract companies
- Valid drivers license required
