Job Description

Key Stage Three teacher for Maths required to start in January 2026

DESS is the premier not-for-profit school in Doha with an outstanding reputation for excellence in teaching and learning. We are seeking a lively dynamic Key Stage Three teacher for Maths to join our team of hardworking and motivated professionals.

Suitable candidates will have UK-recognised teaching qualifications and an A-level in Maths and be exemplary practitioners who enjoy working as part of a team. Candidates must promote high standards and expectations and be committed to contributing to the further development of the school.

A new ICPC certificate a certified copy of their original Education Certificate/s attested by a notary public in their country of issue along with a transcript of their university degree and a letter from the university stating they attended in person. These must be stamped by the Qatar Embassy in the country of issue and by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Qatar. An attested Birth Certificate and Police Clearance Certificates for any country they have resided in for the last ten years. (Advice can be provided by the school regarding how these can be obtained.)

Interviews will be held in person or via Google Meet in November and shortlisted candidates will need to be observed teaching.
