Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily maintenance of the restaurants interior and exterior areas.
- Execute detailed and deep cleaning of high-touch and hard-to-reach areas.
- Follow and complete scheduled equipment maintenance (daily weekly monthly quarterly).
- Monitor and help diagnose equipment issues; can complete basic repairs and work with tools.
- Maintain organized inventory and accurate records to ensure correct ordering and receiving of supplies.
- Maintain pressure washing and exterior upkeep including sidewalks and building surfaces.
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with tools equipment or general maintenance work is preferred.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Self-starter who can manage time and tasks with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable with physical work including lifting bending and working outdoors.
- Ability to diagnose and repair small equipment issues.
