Under the direction of Emergency Preparedness Manager (EPM) is responsible for documenting all emergency preparedness response plans training activities vehicle and equipment maintenance tracking of absentees from Bryan/College Station Schools preparedness trailers help with inventory of supplies and put together orders for preparedness to be submitted for ordering. Preforms a variety of clerical and other support services with an assigned division of the Brazos County Health District.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This is a non-supervisory position.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School graduation or its equivalent plus one year of clerical experience or any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge skills and abilities.
KNOWLEDGE OF
Basic public health knowledge personnel policies and procedures and standard office practices
SKILLS/ABILITY TO
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with county employees representatives of governmental agencies and the general public; communicate effectively both orally and in writing; operate standard word processing and spreadsheet software; read and interpret standard policies and procedures; and operate standard office equipment;
CERTIFICATES LICENSES REGISTRATIONS
Must possess a valid Texas Drivers License and dependable vehicle.
