Job Description
PRN Nurse (R.N. / L.P.N.) PRN- As needed
8 hour shifts: 7:00a3:00p 3:00p11:00p 11:00p7:00a

What Youll Do:
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and document residents health status and communicate changes promptly
Support and supervise CNAs and care team members
Ensure infection control and resident safety standards are met
Participate in care planning assessments and team collaboration
Qualifications:
Current NC license as RN or LPN
CPR/BLS certification required
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
Strong assessment and teamwork skills
Must be available to work someweekend days some holidays and at least 12 shifts per week
